Pre-Arrival InformationHonor Code“The CES Honor Code exists to educate students in an atmosphere consistent with the ideals and principles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As a condition of admission, students and employees of BYU-Idaho are expected to live by the Honor Code standards approved by the Board of Trustees ‘at all times... and in all places’ (Mosiah 18:9). Individuals who are not members of the Church are also expected to maintain the same standards of honor, integrity, morality, and consideration of others.” - the Student Honor Office website. Financial Aid Advice: Changing Your MajorFor financial aid purposes, you must submit any program (major) changes to your academic advisor two weeks before the beginning of the semester. If you change your program after this period, your new program may not take effect until the following semester and could result in a loss of federal financial aid for the current semester. Only program applicable courses are eligible for federal financial aid. To change your academic program, contact the Academic Advising Center.
