Pre-Arrival Information

Health Insurance/TB Test

Every student attending BYU-I is required to have health insurance. If you use your own health care or a parent's, submit a Student Health Plan Waiver. If you don’t have your own, you will be enrolled in the BYU-I Health Plan. All students will be prompted to complete the Tuberculosis (TB) screening questionnaire. Look here for the TB test requirements to see if  you will need one.
