Parking Information

Pay Tuition

Permits are required to park on campus every day that regular classes are held, including the first day of the semester, but not “finals day”. Parking lots are patrolled between 8am and 4pm, Mon-Fri, for school parking permits. Typical rules and regulations are enforced 24/7. Plan accordingly when trying to find parking in the middle of the day and when lots are full.

To obtain a parking permit you will need to request one on the BYU-Idaho web site, under the Parking Services. You will need to insert your vehicle information and agree to terms. Once this is done, your parking permit will be ready to pick up along with your textbooks during Get Connected.
Parking Permit Request
Spring Permits have been suspended for the time being but feel free to see what permits are available to students.
Spring 2020 Tuition is due the first day of classes, Monday April 20th. There are several payment methods available: in person, online, and by mail. Click the button below for more information.

For more information, check out the website here. BYU-Idaho also has zimride, in which students post if they are searching for passengers or a ride to/from surrounding areas.

Emotionally Prepare

Meditate. Breathe. Let your thoughts come and go. Sometimes we just need to take a step back and allow our minds to process all the responsibilities that we are carrying. The Counseling Center provides some extremely helpful self-help guides to the processes and techniques that can aid in student's wellness.

One of those self help guides talks about Mindfulness. "Mindfulness is the awareness that arises when purposefully paying full attention to our experience, including our own thoughts, feelings, behaviors and external events that occur on a moment-to-moment basis and this, without judgement, or in other words, with openness and receptiveness."

07-Inspirational Message

Education is a Commandment

"In our learning, let us not neglect the foundation of revelation. The scriptures and the words of modern day apostles and prophets are the sources of wisdom, divine knowledge, and a personal revelation to help us find answers to all the challenges in life. Let us learn of Christ; let us seek out the knowledge which leads to peace and truth"
-President Uchtdorf
